We made a big splash this week welcoming ODESZA and their hit singles "Sun Models" and "Say My Name" to Coop Records.

Arguably the biggest artist we've onboarded to date - we saw a big spike in new minters as people welcomed one of the most iconic acts in electronic music to onchain music.

Pair this with a new viral track from Jigitz and an exclusive from Pluko and we're slowly moving the needle on people's perception of Coop Records and the opportunity space for onchain music.

Coop Records also placed at the very top of Audius' 2025 airdrop - earning 24k AUDIO tokens for driving almost 100k streams on the platforms amongst a variety of other variables.

The tides are slowly starting to turn in on our favor, and it feels like people are starting to take note of the caliber of music being onboarded in recent months. The energy is very tangible and we're doing everything we can to point that towards something with a clear next step forward in mind.

Behind the scenes - we're gearing up for a new chapter of Coop Records, one that combines all our learnings to date with a more social experience for collectors and a more direct answer for "why would I collect a song?"

Safe to say - 2025 is shaping up to be a big year for Coop Recs and we couldn't be more excited to keep doubling down on what we know best. Bringing great music onchain.
